This policy covers this website only. It is not the privacy notice you receive from an insurance company, or from us, when you apply for coverage; those notices are provided separately as state insurance privacy laws require.

This website is not a health care service and is not covered by HIPAA. Please do not submit health details, your Social Security number or your Medicare number through the website. If we need that information to help you, we will collect it through a secure channel.

Information you give us. When you use the contact form or the questions on our Get Started page, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional on the contact form), the topic you select or the answers you choose, your message, and a record of your consent to be contacted (the exact consent text you agreed to, its version, and the date and time you agreed).

Chat assistant. If you use the chat window, the messages you type, the page you were on, your IP address and browser details are sent to our automation and AI providers to generate a reply, and are kept for the same period as contact-form submissions. The assistant gives general information only. Please do not type health details, or your Social Security or Medicare numbers, into the chat.

Information collected automatically, only with your permission. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects your device and browser type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. See our Cookie Policy.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider records IP addresses, request times and browser details for security and to keep the site running. We also record the IP address and browser details attached to each contact-form or Get Started submission as part of the consent record.

• To respond to your questions and requests.
• To contact you about the topic you chose, in the ways you agreed to.
• To keep records required by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and state insurance regulators, including consent records and recordings of Medicare sales calls.

When you submit the contact form or the Get Started page and check the consent box, you give us your express written consent to contact you as described in the consent text. Consent is never a condition of buying anything from us.

You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, saying “stop” during a call, or emailing info@iamreadytoserve.com. We honor requests within ten business days and maintain an internal do-not-call list.

Calls about Medicare Advantage or Part D plans are recorded and retained for the period CMS requires. We will tell you at the start of any recorded call.

We share information only as needed to run the website and serve you:

• Service providers that host the website, deliver form submissions to us, send our email, and (with your consent) provide analytics. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
• Insurance companies, when you ask us to submit an application or request a quote on your behalf.
• Legal requirements, such as responding to a lawful request from a regulator or court, or protecting the rights and safety of any person.

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of marketing contact, by emailing info@iamreadytoserve.com or calling 713-454-4740. We may need to keep records the law requires us to keep.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights; contact us and we will help.

The website is served over an encrypted connection, form submissions are validated and delivered to us through an authenticated channel, and access to your information is limited to people who need it to help you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

We link to Medicare.gov, insurance companies and other organizations. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies when you visit.
