The calendar is Robert's booking page on Google Calendar. Pick an open slot, add your name, phone number and email, and a confirmation arrives by email with a link to change or cancel. Their privacy policy applies to the calendar.

How it works
From this page to a call in four steps
Step 1: Pick a time
Choose an open slot on the calendar. Times are shown in your own time zone, and the calendar opens two days out.
Step 2: Get a confirmation
A confirmation email arrives straight away with the date, the time and a link to reschedule or cancel if your plans change.
Step 3: Robert calls you
At the time you chose, Robert calls the number you gave. Nothing to install and no video link to join.
Step 4: You decide what comes next
Ask your questions, hear your options explained plainly and take whatever time you need. Nothing is applied for on the call unless you ask.
Common questions
Before you book
What should I have ready for the call?
Nothing is required. If you have your Medicare card, a current plan's yearly change notice, or a list of your prescriptions and doctors nearby, the conversation goes faster, but Robert can start from your questions alone.
Why can't I book a time for today or tomorrow?
Medicare rules ask agents to record the topics you want to discuss, known as a Scope of Appointment, at least 48 hours before an appointment about Medicare Advantage or prescription drug plans. Robert sends that short form after you book, so the calendar opens two days out. If you need to speak sooner, call the number at the top of the page.
Where does my booking information go?
Your name, phone number and email go to Robert's business calendar, which Ready to Serve runs on Google Workspace, and into the confirmation email you receive. Please keep health details and your Medicare number out of the booking form; they belong in the conversation itself.
Does booking a call commit me to anything?
No. The call is a conversation, not an application. You can end it at any point, think things over and come back with more questions.
What if I need to change the time?
Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel, or call. There is no charge and no penalty for changing a time.
Can we meet in person or by video instead?
The calendar books phone calls. If you would rather meet in person or on a video call, mention it when Robert calls, or send a message, and he will arrange it.
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 10 organizations which offer 20 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
Not affiliated with or endorsed by the government or federal Medicare Program
Calls about Medicare Advantage or Part D plans are recorded, as required by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Information on this site is general education, not personalized insurance, legal, tax or investment advice. Plan availability, premiums and benefits are set by insurers and Medicare and change each year.
Rather talk it through first?
Send a message or call, and Robert will suggest a time that suits you.
