Accessibility Statement
Last updated
Many of the people we serve are over 65 or live with a disability. We want this website to work for everyone, whatever device or assistive technology you use.
Our conformance target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The site was last evaluated on September 15, 2026 using automated testing (axe-core) and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks.
What we have done
- Text and controls meet or exceed the required color contrast on every background.
- Every page has a single, descriptive heading structure and a “Skip to main content” link.
- All functions work with a keyboard, and the focused element is always clearly visible.
- Buttons and links are large enough to tap easily on a phone.
- Nothing moves or auto-plays, and animations respect your “reduce motion” setting.
- Form fields have visible labels, clear error messages and instructions.
- Images that convey information have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content or function.
Known limitations
We are not aware of any parts of the site that fail our target. If you find something that does not work for you, please tell us and we will fix it as quickly as we can.
